Purchase policy:

All returns must be made within 10 days with products unused. For used product: your box can have minimal damage, and is only eligible for an exchange.

Salon booking Policy:

When booking you will have a deposit that goes toward your day-of-service. This deposit is a non-refundable non-movable placeholder for your spot. Should something happen and you have to move your appointment, there is a one time transfer for your deposit but it must be made no later than 72 hours before your appointment.

If your deposit is not placed within 24 hours of booking, the spot will be made available for online bookings again.

ALL CANCELLATIONS made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
